Public Records Requests

The City of Stevenson follows the Public Records Act regarding disclosure of its public records. To make a record request, individuals may fill out a Public Records Request Form and email or mail it to the Public Records Officer. A copy of the form and contact information is below. Under state law, a public records request must include a reasonable description that would allow a city employee to locate the records.

The City of Stevenson's Public Records Request Policy is available below. The purpose of the policy is to provide rules for the City to implement provisions of chapter 42.56 RCW and provide guidance to the public in obtaining access to public records, either for inspection or copying of non-exempt public records.
