Public Works

The Public Works Department maintains the City’s infrastructure to support the growing Stevenson community while promoting public health and safety. The Public Works Department’s responsibilities include streets, parks, water system, the sanitary sewer and stormwater collection systems.

In addition, the department reviews development proposals for compliance with City codes and construction standards and inspects projects for compliance with approved construction plans. The Public Works staff also operates and maintains City-owned facilities and equipment.
