CITY OF STEVENSON REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES
The City of Stevenson (hereinafter “City”) is accepting proposals from qualified professionals to provide landscape architectural and engineering services associated with the design, grant writing, bidding, and construction management of a project for construction of the Skamania Courthouse Plaza and Upper Russell Street.
Submittals are due by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023 at Stevenson City Hall, 7121 E. Loop Rd, PO Box 371, Stevenson, WA 98648 or via email to leana@ci.stevenson.wa.us.
Interested firms must complete a statement of qualifications package that can be requested from the City. The City will be considering qualifications of the project manager (15), previous performance on similar projects (15), project approach and understanding (25), workplan (20), project management (15) and availability of project team (10).
The project will be funded through multiple sources from local, state and federal agencies. As a result, a number of state and federal equal opportunity and affirmative action requirements will apply to the selection process and conduct of the project.
