Status Updates

March 2023 - The City Council will be reviewing an addendum to an interlocal agreement with Skamania County for using the Cloudpermit system for building and planning permits, as well as for code enforcement and other city issued permits. Skamania County has begun the set-up process with Cloudpermit and will be incorporating the city processes as part of that project.

February 2023 - The City signed an agreement for Cityworks to re-establish a work order system that will integrate with a GIS mapping system. The kick-off meeting will be set-up in March to begin configuring the new system with Centricity. Existing city infrastructure is being validated within ESRI for the GIS data. Training is taking place with Laserfiche for uploading current city documents and connecting them to a public portal for increased transparency.

June 2021 - Employees are testing out the system, entering work orders and data.
