Leana Kinley

Leana joined our staff as City Administrator on Sep 18, 2017. Leana has an Executive Masters in Public Administration from Portland State University, is a Certified Municipal Clerk, and came to us with 7 years of experience as the Clerk-Treasurer for the City of White Salmon. Prior to that, she worked her way up to the Contract Accounting Analyst Manager with Insitu, spent 2 years in Uganda as a Peace Corps volunteer, and served on the White Salmon City Council for three years. Leana and her family live in Stevenson.
